Includes: heat, water, air conditioning, electric and garbage (does not include telephone and Comcast cable).

Activities
Robust calendar of activities—including art programs, exercise classes, monthly birthday parties, garden club, and more—plus outings planned and organized by tenants (with staff assistance). Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, activities have been modified in accord with the latest health guidelines from federal and state health agencies.

Home Health Services
Home health services available 24 hours a day through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services: personal care, medication monitoring, homemaker services, chore or escort services, and professional RN care coordination. Tenants are also welcome to contract for services with an outside home health agency if preferred. Learn more.

Meal Plans
Chef-prepared 3-course midday meal daily in the community dining room. Breakfast and supper meals available for pickup or delivery (additional fee) or prepared by a home health agency in a tenant’s apartment (additional fee).
