LivingPath, Inc., a Delaware corporation and/or our subsidiaries (“LivingPath,” "us," "we," or "our") operates the LivingPath.com website, including its mobile, tablet or other smart device, or application program interface properties, including related applications (collectively, the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) when you use our Service.  We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.  We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Information Collection And Use

 

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and e-mail address ("Personal Information").

·       Senior Living Communities that fulfill your tour reservations and/or question requests. By booking a tour through our Service, you are authorizing us to disclose to senior living communities the information required to complete the booking and deliver the related tour. We cannot control these communities and personal information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable community’s privacy policy and security practices.

·       To other third parties that are interested in contacting you or providing offers to you that may be related to our Services or about products or other services you may find of interest, and we may be compensated for such disclosure.  Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third-party business partners.

·       Referring websites.  If you were referred to us from another site (for example, through a link you clicked on another site that directed you to this one), we may share some information about you with that referring website.

 

We also may share your information:

 

·       In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

·       When we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our Service, our customers, or others; and in connection with our Terms and Conditions and other agreements.

We may collect information about you from sources other than you, such as from social media websites (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or others), blogs, other users and our business partners.  We may use social plugins which are provided and operated by third parties, such as Facebook’s Like Button.  As a result of this, you may send to the third party the information that you are viewing on a certain part of our Service.  If you are not logged into your account with the third party, then the third party may not know your identity. If you are logged into your account with the third party, then the third party may be able to link information about your visit to our Service to your account with them. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
