We are a new building, just celebrated our 3 year anniversary, though we’ve been supporting seniors and building strong and supportive communities for over 30 years 😊 Our rent is all-inclusive, no buy-ins and no hidden fees and is only month-to-month...they stay in control when they live with us; of their money and the fun times ahead!

Our monthly rent includes 3 chef prepared meals each and every day, served restaurant style; we provide weekly housekeeping, as well as linen and towel service (and yes, we make the beds!)

We have private transportation to doctor appts as well as to group outings and events…and so much more, but I’ll save your eyes.

While we are Independent Living, we do have on-site Home Care Services as well as Therapy…our goal is to help our residents age in place, so whether that means some help with medicines, doing laundry, or even with bathing/dressing, our on-site Home Care will be able to customize a program that helps support their needs today, and as they ease into aging and their needs change.
