The Landings on Ninth is an Active Senior housing Community. We feature 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment homes. Each unit has a full size stackable washer and dryer, reserved underground parking space and central air conditioning. There is an elevator to bring you from our parking garage directly to your floor. We are currently in the process of updating the units with new countertops, flooring and stainless steel appliances.

The community features a large parking lot. We have a clean and accessible community room with a large patio deck. We also have a small exercise area.

Our community is designated for 55 and older. We are located just south of 694 off of Long Lake Road. Please call or e-mail for availability as it varies greatly from week to week.
