The Community at Holy Family Manor

Nazareth Housing Services is part of a network of housing counseling agencies under contract
with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Counseling services are provided to clients free of charge. We participate in the Sustainable Housing Improvement Partnership together with Action-Housing Inc., The Pittsburgh Project, and Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh.  Rooted by the CHFM Mission inspired by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, we coordinate and provide housing services to an average of 125 seniors and disabled persons annually. Nazareth Housing Services helps to keep families together and in-need homeowners safely in their beloved homes. Since 2004, we have assisted over 1,400 homeowners with repairs valued at over $1.7 million.
