Heritage Woods of Charleston

The community, which is designed to serve adults 65 and older of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence, is located east of Mattoon between the Champaign and Urbana area and Effingham. Heritage Woods opened in April 2011 and is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois.
