Lake Mary Health and Rehab

Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. It is a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family.

Opened in 2000, the facility has 4 private rooms, 58 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Lake Mary also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden, and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barbershop, a library, a worship area, pastoral support, and transportation services. Residents, and oftentimes family too, can enjoy planned activities such as various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, discussion groups, and visiting performers.
