| Located near downtown Bellevue and Overlake Hospital, Evergreen Court Retirement is amidst Cedars and Douglas Firs in a nature setting, making it a prime location in a very private and relaxing atmosphere. Since its beginning, Evergreen Court has provided affordable full-service retirement living , with three meals a day, housekeeping, transportation and activities, plus assisted living services, if health needs arise. Evergreen Court participates in the Washington State Affordable Housing Program and mainly serves seniors with a low to moderate income. All senior assisted living services at Evergreen Court are planned with the understanding that residents’ individual needs can change over time. In planning and providing services we always consider the unique interests, attributes, abilities and overall health status of each resident. Residents are always encouraged to perform as many of their activities of daily living as they are able. |
