White Oak at North Grove

White Oak at North Grove is a 132 bed skilled nursing facility located within a short drive from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Mary Black Hospital, and Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute. The community provides long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in designated rehabilitation wing. They also provide memory care in our 22 bed secure memory care wing.
