Should circumstances require it, residents can benefit from a true continuum of care while transitioning from Independent Living and Assisted Living to Memory Care at The Brennity at Tradition Senior Living. This allows residents and families the convenience of not moving away from our beautiful campus and, more importantly, of not leaving the skilled and thoughtful associates our residents know and trust, including a Licensed Certified Dementia Practitioner.
