Carolina Gardens at Lexington

Carolina Gardens at Lexington is an assisted living and memory care community located just outside of downtown Lexington, South Carolina. We are near Highway 1 behind Wolf’s Fitness Center and one mile from Interstate 20. The community is surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, shopping, and the Lexington Public Library, and is seven minutes from Lexington Medical Center.

Carolina Gardens is a one-story building designed specifically for seniors. You will feel calm as you visit our beautifully landscaped grounds, which are home to willow trees, tall pines, walking paths, and a large covered carport with plenty of seating for beautiful days. We have two courtyards that include raised garden beds, a greenhouse, and a grill for your next barbeque.
