Community Description | |
Rolling Green Village was established over 30 years ago on 175 acres of farmland donated by Hoke and Mildred Smith in Greenville, South Carolina. It started with a vision for a retirement community that met the need for senior care without requiring a large entrance fee. Though we’ve evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of the community, our mission remains the same: To serve older adults by providing an environment that enriches quality of life and fosters independence in a setting nurtured by and established on Christian ideals. Our not-for-profit status helps us stay true to our mission. We’re governed by a local board committed to putting our community first. Instead of handing profits over to shareholders, any revenues exceeding expenditures are used to improve the amenities and services provided to residents |
