Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was established in 1829, meaning we have been part of our community for more than 189 years. From 1967 to 1997, it was known as the Cumberland County Nursing Home. Then, in 1997, the name was changed to Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We pride ourselves on providing Patient-Centered care using an interdisciplinary team approach that includes the family, caregivers and significant others. |
