Opened in 1977 and located on the historic Archdiocese grounds in Uptown New Orleans, Chateau de Notre Dame features elegant accommodations and takes pride in building a spirited sense of community for its residents. Chateau residents may live freely in our independent living corridors or enjoy the support of our amazing staff in our assisted living program. At Chateau de Notre Dame, seniors can make a seamless transition into full, skilled nursing or custodial care, all under one roof. Chateau de Notre Dame offers gated parking and 24-hour reception support. Throughout the campus are cozy, well-appointed activity rooms featuring sizable sofas, gaming tables and plenty of space to mingle with other residents and visitors. Our beautiful, naturally-lit dining facilities are outfitted with elegant furnishings, and we offer several reservable spaces for private celebrations with visitors.
