Welcome to the Lydia Taft House.
A state of the art Post Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, designed to give all of its residents exceptional short term rehabilitation, and long term skilled nursing care.
We can accomodate up to 53 residents.
Whether recovering from illness, injury or surgery, our home-like atmosphere provides residents with a safe, comfortable environment that anyone would feel happy to call home.
