Our Adult Day Health Programs allow people to maintain community life while coping with a medical condition or debilitating illness. Our programs provide a supportive environment for elderly spouses and working caregivers who are committed to keeping their loved ones with physical or cognitive challenges out of residential care and in their homes. Our Adult Day Health Program are designed to accommodate the special needs of individuals with memory disorders as well as meet the needs of those who would benefit from a traditional day program.
