Our Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers offer truly exceptional care delivered by a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of well-trained professionals. That care is a dynamic blend of rehabilitative, nursing care and restorative care, social services, therapeutic recreation and specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care from our enlightened, highly-regarded Tapestry Program.

The goal of our staff is to help all Residents achieve their optimum level of health, independence and social enjoyment in partnership with their family members and friends. We accomplish this by providing high quality services to our Resident community in a warm, resident-centered environment - we're not simply a ""nursing home facility."" We call it our “Home within a Home” way of life, emphasizing Resident choice and personal empowerment with the respectful attention of our devoted staff.
