| The Laurels of Forest Glenn is a 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in a quiet suburban setting just five minutes from Raleigh. Situated near U. S. Route 70, our campus provides easy access to and from Rex, wakemed, wakemed Cary and Duke Raleigh hospitals. We recently completed a renovation that includes a new café where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and companionship with friends or loved ones. The Laurels of Forest Glenn care team is distinguished for its experience and longevity. We provide both short-term and long-term guests with comprehensive health-care services in a comfortable, home-like environment that promotes the highest level of independence and life quality. Our facility and staff are equipped to provide respite, hospice and rehabilitation care for short-term guests with results guests and their families appreciate. If you are a rehab guest, we’ll work with your physician to craft a care plan for a speedy transition from hospital to home, and we’ll do a home evaluation to make sure you and your house are ready.
