Springhurst Pines

Originally opened in 1979 as a 90-unit Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility, Springhurst Pines has since expanded its offerings to include a community of 58 Independent Living patio homes, Cornell Trace, as well as a 79-unit Personal Care community, Parr’s at Springhurst. The now 20-acre campus provides a continuum of care to Louisville seniors and prides itself on its commitment to enhancing the quality of life of the people it serves.

Designed for independent living, is a 58-unit patio home community and is maintenance-free inside and outside. The spacious homes range from 1400 sq. feet to 2000 sq. feet and include enclosed porches and large garages. All residents have access to a beautiful clubhouse for a variety of activities.

Parr’s at Springhurst is a 79 unit apartment licensed personal care facility providing an all-inclusive price structure that includes medicine dispensing and staff on site 24 hours every day plus wonderful amenities usually found in only the finest assisted living communities.

A licensed skilled nursing home with all private rooms and offers both short term therapy/rehabilitation services and long term nursing care.
