Mill Pond is a senior living community in Ankeny, Iowa offering senior apartments, assisted living apartments, and care center residences.
Mill Pond celebrated its 20th year of serving seniors and launched a redevelopment project in June 2015. Now open are an additional 64 senior, 40 assisted living and 18 memory care apartments.
