The Bridge at Garden Plaza of Westside is a member of a Continuum of Care Campus, working jointly with the Garden Plaza of Westside and the Skilled Nursing Facilities of Life Care in order to cater to a diverse range of senior needs. The campus is located in Indianapolis so cultural events, fine dining, museums, and even professional sports are all easily accessible.

The Bridge at Garden Plaza of Westside offers relaxing and luxurious spaced and furniture designed just for seniors, letting it feel like home without the maintenance and responsibilities. With three meals a day served in our elegant dining room and provided housekeeping and apartment maintenance, residents are able to engage in rewarding lifestyles instead of worrying about tedious chores. Scheduled transportation is available so visiting friends, going to religious services, and attending medical appointments are all easy again. Of course, there is less reason to leave with our active community.
