Located on seven acres of land, and overlooking the Phillips Park Golf Course, you'll see that every room has a lovely view.

As a non-profit, our low monthly fees are among the most affordable in the area, enabling residents to save thousands of dollars a year. There is no lease or ‘buy-in’ at Sunnymere.

Residents of Sunnymere are provided three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry; the companionship of friends and neighbors; and the opportunity to participate in social, recreational and educational activities.
