Position Details
* PLEASE NOTE THIS COMMUNITY IS LOCATED IN BELLEVUE ,WA We are looking for and innovative and professional Dining Room Manager to oversee all service operations in our new Independent Living Community. This venue is equivalent to a multi star hotel environment. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for ensuring that the service program offers superior and innovative service to our residents/guests and public. The venues at this community include a street level public Bistro, The Mark ( our 5 star dining room, 106 seats), The Taboon (Bar and Grill, 76 seats) in addition to a Sky Lounge on the 20th floor and internal catered events. The Dining Room Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop thriving teams whose goal is excellence in service. The community is scheduled to open July1, 2024. Experience in managing bars is required in addition to managing start up venues. A current MAST permit is also required. Watermark believes that an extraordinary dining experience is for all residents no matter their personal needs. We would like to meet someone that has a proven track record of outstanding inter-departmental relationships and leads his/her team by example.
