We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Health Services (Assistant Director of Nursing) who is passionate about making a difference for our San Juan Capistrano Community!

Position Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

The non-negotiables:
  • Currently licensed RN or LVN
  • 1 year or more of management experience
  • Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance

What you will be doing:
  • Planning, developing, coordinating, mentoring, training and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company's regulations to secure the highest level of quality care is provided
  • Training and development of staff development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous *missing word
