Job Description

Healthcare is evolving. Patients and their families expect more from healthcare
centers and team members - they expect a well-evaluated, personalized quality of
service that meets them where they are. They expect skilled practitioners and
experts that push the boundaries of ordinary service to excellence in care. This is a
new era of skilled nursing and long term care - one that empowers and nurtures,
leads with compassion, and leaves a lasting impression.
We know that we can only accomplish this if we have passionate healthcare
providers and skilled experts in our centers, close to the patients themselves, and
connected to their outcomes. Join our diverse team of passionate healthcare
providers working to create vitality for life.

We're currently seeking a Clinical Admissions Director - Hospital Liaison (focused
on Referral Management) to join our extraordinary team.
* Are you energized by the fast-pace and complexities of patient review?
*Do you want to make a meaningful impact by matching patients with the
best facilities to support their needs?
* Are you skilled at communicating with patients and families to help them
understand the value of Genesis centers as it could relate to their clinical
outcomes?
* Do you love partnering with clinical teams to ensure an open pathway for
admissions?
* Do you have great existing relationships with case managers in hospitals
within your region and community?

If you answered yes to these questions, then WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM
YOU!

The Clinical Admissions Director plays a vital role in leveraging existing relationships
to generate referrals for their assigned center. Instead of focusing solely on acquiring
referrals, the emphasis is now on collaborating with the entire team to ensure
successful conversions. This role requires a passion for handling complex patient
reviews and effectively managing hospital systems by integrating the systems at all
levels of the organization. The primary goal is to build a track record of success by
leveraging existing relationships and uncovering and exploring new opportunities to
generate a consistent pathway for referrals, streamlining the referral process, and
optimizing conversion outcomes in order to better achieve clinical and reputational
excellence within the center they represent.
The role of the Clinical Admissions Director reflects a meaningful shift towards
admissions collaboration, clinical excellence, and a strategic approach to referrals
while maintaining a strong focus on relationships and communication.
Here's a brief overview of the responsibilities and core impact this role will
make:
* Referral Generation & Management
* Collaborative Relationship Building
* Strategic Business Development

Benefits & Perks:
In addition to the chance to work with a world-class team and cutting-edge
technology to help provide world-class skilled nursing and patient care, our
employees also enjoy competitive benefits such as generous time off plans, parental
leave opportunities, competitive compensation plans, and more. We invest in
employee development at all levels and are proud to offer an environment in which
our company culture is driven by shared values and meaningful accountability.
For our leaders, we offer intentional development opportunities in the areas that
matter most through a purposeful leadership learning pathway that includes group
cohort learnings, 1:1 coaching, and self-guided activations.
We are an equal opportunity employer.
We are committed to providing equal opportunities. We enthusiastically invite
individuals of every race, color, orientation, age, gender, origin, and ability - or any
other status protected by law - to apply to join our team.
Research has shown that women and people from marginalized groups may not
apply for a role if they are not a 100% match. Please don't hold back. If you think you will excel in this role, but perhaps you don't tick every box, we would appreciate the
opportunity to consider your application.
