Performs general maintenance on a daily basis for the building to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment issues. Maintains organization of all storage and equipment areas. Ensure that the resident work orders are completed within 24 hours Assists in the preventative maintenance program. Will rotate emergency on-call with maintenance director. Qualifications: Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred: familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems required. Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful.
