Colonial Residence opened in 1995 to provide an improved quality of life with as much independent living as possible. Colonial Residence is owned and operated by an independent, non-profit foundation under the direction of the Stillwaters Foundation Board of Directors. This non-profit model was chosen purposefully to achieve our clear and simple mission to help others and maintain future affordability. Apartment rent includes three delicious, healthy meals every day. Mealtimes seem to take on a life of their own. Neighbors gather before to share the news of the day, and linger long after, enjoying each other's company.
