Welcome Home to The Auberge at Scottsdale! The Auberge at Scottsdale is a premier Memory Care community that serves the Fountain Hills, Phoenix and Scottsdale region. The area offers residents and visitors a wide array of shopping and entertainment venues, such as the Scottsdale Towne Center Mall, Butterfly Wonderland, Arizona Boardwalk, McDowell Sonoran Preserve and much more. Everyone on our team takes pride in the reputation that we have earned for delivering highly personalized, compassionate Memory Care services designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our community is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Before a resident moves to our Scottsdale community, a customized assessment is completed so an individual care plan can be created. Our Wellness Director completes all initial assessments based on a home visit, the resident’s medical history, family input and physician orders. Later updates are made to include caregiver, nurse and outside service input. This combined information is used to develop an individual care plan. A care plan is reviewed and updated by the medical team and ancillary support staff every 3 months or as needed. Nurses manage our medication administration. All medications are ordered by a resident’s primary medical care practitioner and delivered by the pharmacy. Close communication is maintained between our staff, a resident’s family, and medical provider to ensure the best possible medical oversight. Along with our Medical Director, we have licensed nurses, LPNs and Arizona Certified Caregivers. Our Wellness Director, Ed is a professionally trained chef in culinary arts and a past recipient of the Arizona Assisted Living Manager of the Year award. He is also a highly regarded caregiving trainer and author of a family guide to dementia, “It’s More Than Simple Aging”. Memory Care Community in Scottsdale, AZ Constructed in 1998, our property features beautiful living accommodations and has four individual cozy neighborhoods with kitchenettes, living rooms and a smaller dining area for those who prefer a more quiet setting. We also have a large main dining room, an activity center and a newly renovated wine room for those who enjoy social settings. One of the most popular things about our community is the food. Meals are all chef prepared and dietician approved. Our residents enjoy home style dishes such as pot roasts, pasta, and chicken dinners. The refrigerators in each neighborhood are stocked with snacks and sandwiches for the residents to enjoy at any time. Special Holiday meals are prepared that include all time family favorites.
