Keep your mind flexed with brain games, lectures, discussion groups or our JCHC University seminars. We help you keep your body flexed as well. Take one of our weekly exercise classes, try gentle yoga, or enjoy a stroll with friends along our tree-lined walking paths. You can also take advantage of membership at the neighboring JCC, which includes access to the indoor swimming pool, walking track and cultural programs … plus lifetime complimentary membership to the jcc’s Senior Enrichment Program, with great lectures and events at the jcc’s campus. Dig deep into Jewish texts at our well-regarded Lifelong Learning program or weekly Torah study. If you prefer music or dance, or other cultural programs, we have those, too.
