Evergreen Court

Located near downtown Bellevue and Overlake Hospital, Evergreen Court Retirement is amidst Cedars and Douglas Firs in a nature setting, making it a prime location in a very private and relaxing atmosphere. Since its beginning, Evergreen Court has provided affordable full-service retirement living , with three meals a day, housekeeping, transportation and activities, plus assisted living services, if health needs arise. Evergreen Court participates in the Washington State Affordable Housing Program and mainly serves seniors with a low to moderate  income.
