River Bend is situated in a lovely rural setting along a bend in the Belle River with decks that are wheel chair accessible. The community's specially designed spaces are there to help those with memory loss and the enclosed courtyards are lovely places to spend some time outdoors. Both the private and companion suites have a large walk-in or wheel-in showers, cable access, and wall to wall carpeting. Computer hook-ups and Internet access are available including a wireless network.

At River Bend, so many services that cost extra at many facilities are included in the rates. This community serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They also provide a wide range of activities here at River Bend and in the community. River Bend staff handles administration of medications, dressing and bathing assistance, and even incontinence management for no extra charge.
