Ann’s thirty plus years in geriatric nursing and health care management has resulted in her lifetime goal – owning and operating her own facility. Autumn Oaks is recognized as a leader in quality care where the resident’s health, comfort and safety always come first. Friendly and Competent Staff Our highly trained staff takes pride in their work and are encouraged to interact with the residents in a personal and “family” way. All of the care staff are CNA/CBRF certified or have long term care experience. This includes training in fire safety, infection control, dietary issues, resident rights, medication management, as well as other areas.
