The Lombard Place assisted living program is designed exclusively for seniors and is ideal for those who value their independence, yet need some help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. Residents in assisted living remain independent, living on their own in a residential setting and receiving personalized care from our trained staff. Recognizing the limitations of a one-size-fits-all approach, staff meets with each resident and their family to identify services based on individual needs and personal lifestyles. Lombard Place monitors the health of its residents continuously, and regularly adjusts each individual's care plan.
